Our story began five years ago when my wife and I visited Edmonton and saw the need for an authentic Swahili restaurant in the city. Since my wife came from a family with a restaurant background and was a talented cook, we decided to open our own restaurant that would showcase the bold and vibrant flavors of Swahili Nations.
