Our Story
Kilimanjaro VIP began with a simple idea: that the food, music and welcome of the Swahili coast deserved a room of its own in Edmonton. A place where the meal is never rushed, the table is never too small, and every guest is greeted like family.

The Kitchen
Nyama choma over charcoal, pilau spiced by hand, chapati made to order. Recipes carried from home and cooked the way they should be — unhurried, generous, shared. The spices are blended in our own kitchen, the way the coast has always done it.
The Room
Long tables, low light and a full bar. Birthdays, sendoffs, culture nights and ordinary Tuesdays all end up here — because a table like ours is meant to be filled. Karibu sana: you are always welcome.

However you say welcome, our table is set for you. Join us for dinner, host your celebration in our room, or simply come share a plate — you'll leave as family.
